EDSA IN ITS 30TH YEAR, HOW FAR HAVE WE GOT ALONG THE WAY?

Miracle in EDSA

Rosaries had been given away to everyone. Prayer books and strong prayer and faith was one of the  few strong foundations that everyone held on to.

Soldiers were supposed to fire out with their armaments loaded and ready to fight in behalf of the Commander-in-Chief, but miracle as they say, people gave food and water to soldiers, rosaries, and led prayers, they turned their backs to the reign of dictatorship.

Everybody was still in EDSA despite the hush that EDSA will be bombed, they held on to their faith, to die for the land and freedom.

Rosary, prayer book, faith and divine intervention is their companion  throughout the peaceful revolution.

Philippine Army turned their true loyalty to their nation and people, all geared up to fight bloodless and create a history that will amaze the world.

Second Night of Rebellion in EDSA

Transmitter of the Radyo Veritas was cut, no opposition media aired to update the people. Media was once again controlled by the President.

But that didn’t scared the mass. It is time to stand up to what we know right, they have started it and continue until freedom will be felt once more.

Radyo Bandido took air and reported in favor of the Filipinos. Fighting once again the freedom and peace. Philippine Army, those of loyalists of Marcos searched the base of Radyo Bandido but didn’t found out that it was only in Nagtahan near Malacanang. Ferdinand Marcos ordered it to stop.

United States warned President Marcos that it is time for him to stop, it is time to leave Malacanang but he resisted and wished to be handle this alone without any help from outside force.

Human barricade was created in protection of everyone both rich and poor, equality had been raised and flew, images of Virgin Mary Mother of Jesus was in procession to strengthen the faith of everyone fighting the President and its affiliates, priests and sisters in the Catholic Church led the peaceful way to faith, peace, bloodless, prayerful, blending desire for freedom to take effect.

“Tama na, sobra na, tigilan na” was the rant of everyone meaning let’s get this over with, excessive and grave abuse of discretion, stop this, and so many meaning reading between the lines of the burning hearts and desires of everyone clamoring to release the chains of dictatorship.

Civilian was the protector of the diverse army. Cheering that they had done the right deliverance to the situation.

In NBS Channel 4, Marcos had press conference together with foreign media. Fabian Ver recommended the bombing in EDSA with viewers all across the globe. Marcos commanded to “disperse the ground without shooting the people.”

Channel 4 became “People’s Television” and the controlled ABS-CBN raised its restoration which symbolizes freedom of information, expression and press.
