Phiblex 33 – Parachute Operations Between United States and Philippine Troops

US Marines from Amphibious Reconnaissance Platoon, Maritime Raid Force, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and Philippine Marines from the Marine Special Operations Group, Philippine Marine Corps, conduct bilateral High Altitude Low Opening (HALO) jump training during Philippine Amphibious Landing Exercise 33 (PHIBLEX) on Clark Air Base, Philippines, Oct. 8, 2016.

PHIBLEX is an annual U.S.-Philippine military bilateral exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines that combines amphibious landing and live-fire training with humanitarian civic assistance efforts to strengthen interoperability and working relationships.
