The President’s plane was escorted by two Philippine Air FA-50 Fighting Eagle fighter jets upon entering Philippine airspace.
The Philippine President was attending the Special ASEAN-US Summit on the invitation of US President Barack Obama, and the following day, a working visit to Los Angeles to meet with potential investors and the Filipino community.
