Mongolia – As part of the multinational peacekeeping exercise Khaan Quest 2016, members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines together with International UN forces learn about convoy escort procedures, dealing with several scenarios during the event including ambush, illegal checkpoints, distributing aid and suspected land mines.
Khaan Quest 2016 is an annual multinational peacekeeping operations exercise conducted in Mongolia and is the capstone exercise for this year’s Global Peace Operations Initiative program.
