All new arrivals will process through the Joint Reception Center set up at Clark Air Base prior to heading to their respective training areas. Soldiers of the 25th and 123rd Infantry Divisions from Washington state were just the first group of many to arrive in this year’s Exercise Balikatan through Clark.

Balikatan is an annual U.S.-Philippine bilateral military exercise focused on a variety of missions, including humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, counterterrorism, and other combined military operations.
