U.S. Marines assigned to Battalion Landing Team, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, conduct live-fire training alongside Philippine Marines during KAMANDAG at Colonel Ernesto P. Ravina Air Base, Philippines, Oct. 8, 2017.

Bilateral exercises such as KAMANDAG increase the ability of the United States and the Philippines to rapidly respond and work together during real-world humanitarian crises.
