U.S. Marines with 3d Marine Logistics Group prepare for the commencement of Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX 15) in Crow Valley, Tarlac, Philippines. PHIBLEX 15 is an annual, bilateral training exercise conducted by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, U.S. Marines and Navy to strengthen the cultural and military ties between the long standing allies to include disaster relief and humanitarian civic assistance projects.
