The Philippine Coast Guard boats are manned by 25 crewmen, and the vessel replicate the design based on the Bizan class used by the Japanese Coast Guard. Powered by two MTU 12V 4000 M93L engines, the MRRV’s cruising speed is 15 knots and it has a range of 1,500 nautical miles.
